im 18 and 5″11 145 im on day 6 of the workout….. is it bad to do this at a younger age….. and how do i know if i am working myself to hard

At 18 you are absolutely fine to do this work out. More importantly though did you meet with your Doctor prior to starting? Also did you do the fit test prior to starting?

I unfortunately did not do the Fit Test. If I had I would have seen that I wasn’t ready for this program as of yet.

My next question is are you following the nutritional guide and are you drinking your recovery drink?

As far as working yourself too hard, as long as you are doing your best you should be fine. Some people like to add additional cardio to their work outs once they reach Phase 2, but I wouldn’t worry about that. Just make sure you push play 7 days a week. Yes that means do the stretch program on your rest day. Your body will thank you for it.
