If you follow these 5 simple things you will see a change within weeks. Just picture yourself 3 weeks from today with the abs you have always wanted or just shredding that extra belly fat. It will really change your life and you will be healthier because of it.

Here they are.

1: Stay away from so called health foods they may not be as healthy as you think. Most so called health foods are just cleverly disguised junk foods that will stimulate you to gain belly fat. The diet food marketing companies continue to lie to you to maximize their profits.

2: The traditional abs exercises like sit ups and crunches are the least effective exercises to build abs of steel and lose belly fat.

3: If you are trying to lose body fat and you hate doing cardio good news, cardio is not the best way to lose body fat and get ripped abs.

4: Do not waste your money on extreme fat burning pills or other diet products. There is a much better way to lose weight through nutritional eating.

5: Abs equipment like abs belts, rockers, rollers, sitters, and all the other abs exercise equipment out there do not work to give you a ripped six pack or lose belly fat.

Knowing these 5 things will change your life forever. You will finally have the body you have always wanted plus you will be healthier and happier.

Try core exercises. When you exercise or walk, try pulling your tale bone inward and pulling your stomach muscles inward. This will cause the stomach and thigh muscles to strengthen while leaving your glutius to it’s own. Also, fat burns off the body, generally pretty evenly, so there’s no way to get just one area.

Cardio, crunches and squats. Your abs should shape right up, the squats will keep your butt looking nice and all is well.

All the other suggestions are fine but the word is ‘lose’, a verb, and not ‘loose’, an adjective.

Ab workouts won’t burn fat in your abdominal area only. If you want fat to burn, it will burn everywhere – there’s no way to burn fat from one area only. I love that you want to keep the booty – I do too :) However, remember that your proportions will stay the same, and if the booty shrinks a little, everything else will too. In the end, it will always keep the curve it has now, and when everything shrinks, it won’t look one bit different than it does now.

If you just want to tone the muscles, and have very little fat on your abs to begin with, a ton of situps will do the trick. But cardio to get rid of extra pounds won’t hurt.
